Qualifications

HABC is recognized by the regulators Ofqual, DCELLS, CCEA and the SQA to award accredited qualifications in Food Safety, HACCP, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Licensing, Security (SIA) and Teaching.  The qualifications have been developed specifically for insertion onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and SCQF for Scotland and are developed with full support from the relevant Sector Skills Councils. They are therefore relevant and fully compliant with industry and regulatory standards as well as being recognized by Environmental Health Practitioners and other Enforcement Officers.



Certificate Level 1Level 1

HABC Level 1 qualifications are intended for candidates undertaking induction training, those preparing to enter the industry as well as candidates already engaged in general work activities in a particular industry.

Examples include school leavers, new starters, front line and shop floor staff as well as production workers.
